Yes. While many clients prefer our ongoing retainer model for peace of mind, we also offer project-based services such as a “Compliance Health Check,” a single Handbook rewrite, or specific training sessions for your leadership team.
While we are not a payroll processor or a benefits broker ourselves, we act as the bridge between you and those providers. We ensure your payroll is compliant and help you select/administer the benefits packages that make the most sense for your team.
The process usually begins with an HR Discovery Call. We’ll discuss your current pain points and goals. From there, we often recommend an HR Audit to see where your business stands regarding compliance and best practices.
We provide a hybrid approach (depending geographic location). Most of our strategic work and documentation is done virtually, but we are available for on-site meetings, employee interviews, or training sessions when a physical presence is required.
