Carrie and Ravin didn’t come from just one side of HR, they’ve lived it all. From the factory floor to the boardroom, from startups to large multi-state organizations, across industries like manufacturing, light industrial, pharmaceutical, automotive, retail, sales, and medical, they’ve been in the trenches doing the real work that keeps businesses running and people supported.
And here’s the magic—they’re total opposites… in the best way possible.

The multi-state law wizard. MBA HRM, detail-obsessed, process-driven, and the person you want when the rules matter. She brings clarity, structure, and confidence to the parts of HR that feel overwhelming, risky, or confusing. Carrie is the technical, compliance-driven powerhouse—multi-state law savvy, and the expert who makes even the most complicated HR rules feel manageable.
But don’t let the compliance expertise fool you, Carrie is also fun, and incredibly relatable. She’s the one who can break down a complex regulation, crack a joke about it, and make you feel instantly calmer about the situation you were stressing over at 2 a.m. She’s detail-oriented without being rigid, confident without being intimidating, and deeply understands what leaders are actually dealing with day to day. Carrie brings structure, clarity, and peace of mind—while reminding you that HR doesn’t have to be scary or boring to be done right.

Ravin is the Chick who asks “but why?” about five times until the real issue shows up. She connects the dots others miss. With a passion for organizational psychology, leadership, and emotional intelligence, she digs deep to uncover the real story behind the data—and then brings it to life.
She thrives in spaces where she can inspire, coach, and challenge thinking, whether that’s one-on-one with a leader, in a room full of executives, or on a stage impacting as many people as possible.
